Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: European Union member states and Switzerland.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.00 per order.
Orders with a value of €200.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
International deliveries:
We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees for international deliveries:
European Union: €15.99
Switzerland: €29.95
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 1–3 days within Germany and within 5–7 days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract. If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after you have issued your payment instruction.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Further Payment Details
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorise us, by issuing the appropriate SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified bank account.
You will receive advance notice (pre-notification) at least five days before the date on which the payment is collected. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in the account on the announced collection date.
